Fieldmarshal Integrated Engineering Concept Limited offers career guidance and councelling to prospective engineers and young engineering graduates. It also supports them with engineering books and tools that will improve their intellectual capacity and development. Free trainings are regularly organised for them to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the engineering profession. These make them to settle quickly into a professional work environment and receive relevant skills developments.

In keeping with its vision of enhancing the intellectual capacity and professional development of engineers, the firm organises study and technical tours to advanced and developing countries in order to critically understudy the driving force behind their engineering breakthroughs and successes and begin to apply same towards the development of Nigeria.  In 2015, it organized a study tour on transportation to Columbus Ohio, Orlando and Miami with 22 Nigerian Engineers as participants.
